festive fixtures weekend challenge-no credit

Hello, I attempted to "Join" a Festive Fixtures WEEKEND Challenge. However, "Joining" the Fixture, (and then being eliminated prior to being a Champion/winning it all) provided no credit on the Quest tab....I tried re-entering the Challenge, but wasn't permitted, saying I had 1 of 1 entries.     If the requirement was joining AND winning as Champion all the Rounds, then OK, can you please update the Description verbiage, but if NOT, and joining/completing to best of my ability was the requirement, can you please correct my account to reflect it?  Thank You. (I'm going to attempt to attach a screenshot, showing the Problem State)
