FIFA 26 Manager Career mode - 'search players' bug

After the most recent updates, the search function on the Transfer tab has become much less usuable.

If say, at the start of the season, I want to search a promising new CM, I'd previously just set the search to list every 16-21yo, in the CM position, and it would bring up every player in that category. I could scroll through, and add any players to my Transfer watchlist as I went along.

Now, whenever I choose a player from the list, instead of returning me to the search results, it bumps me to the sublist for the scout in the country where that player is. To get back to the search results I want, I have to go back, run the search again, and scroll down to the point where I was bumped out. This adds dozens of pointless clicks and scolls to a simple task. Please can you fix it?
