finished the on your way objectives but transfer market is still locked

I completed all of my  “On Your Way” objectives in the foundations tab, which are supposed to unlock the Market and give you a reward card. Not only did I not get any of that after completion, the objectives reset after I completed them. No reward, no market unlocked and new objectives.

sent a ticket to EA but my ticket is not even getting acknowledged. Those objectives are time consuming and I don’t feel like playing 15+ games again in different modes for them. Hoping to get some qualified help.
