finished the on your way objectives but transfer market is still locked

I'm having this same problem. I've vented my frustrations to a counselor, but all I get is a wait. Another counselor says they're in development and can't do anything about it. Then what's the point of having counselors? And this is how EA always works: they make mistakes, but there's no apology or compensation. Only the paying users suffer. Just like Winning Eleven failed, I hope a more enjoyable soccer game comes out someday and dies.
