finished the on your way objectives but transfer market is still locked

EA_Pulsar​ Any response? Estimated time for a fix? Reassurance that someone is looking into it? Or any acknowledgement at all? Or are you just ignoring us all? PC players can't even start a new user so we are totally locked out of the transfer market until there is a fix.
