I’m writing here in hopes that a moderation will see this and fix my problem or in hopes that someone how to deal with it
I’ve been playing fc26 since the early access release (19th of September) because I bought the ultimate edition.Ever since I’m constantly playing the game every day and logging in the web app aswell but even up to today (6th of October 2025) I didn’t received the access even though I’m not banned and any try to contact EA HELP will end with words “don’t worry your issue will be fixed soon” or “play more matches” and whatever.I reached division 5 with upgrade rewards this week, I finished my fut champs with embarrassing but 5-10 record and overall I playing this game more that I supposed to play to get my transfer market acces but nothing helps not even the support that supposedly have to fix ur issue.
I really don’t know what to do about that I can’t take this anymore because being ignored after 2 weeks of contacting ea help without results drives me crazy, I paid for this game and I been playing to get what I’m supposed to get. I hope it will be fixed ASAP and I appreciate whoever red that to the end,I hope you’ll have a good day and thank you
P.S in my case that I contacted EA help my topic were game features and announcements if you know if I have to change them to something else or create a new case please share it.

Same problem with me! I had access for the first week of early access (until the main game release on 26 September) but from then on have been locked out of the transfer market on the web app and companion app. Very frustrating and makes it really hard to complete SBC's etc. Now over two weeks and have logged tickets with no response. not good enough!
