finished the on your way objectives but transfer market is still locked

my transfer market was locked and i completed the objective to get it and i restarted my game as the On Your Way objective was unclaimable and as i loaded back on to ultimate team it had restarted so can i please get my objective and transfer market

There is a thread regarding the same issue in EA FC 25 where the objective was stuck and I do not see any solutions there as well..

Anyone having issues with the on your way saying 0 of 0 and not listening takes? I have the yellow gift box already there but can't open it

On a new account it does, but you need to do the objectives again. My mistake was claiming the reward on the web app and not in-game, which seems to have caused the system to think it hadn't been completed. On the new account, I did it all in-game
