Flickering and Stuttering on Menu and gameplay. PC

I keep getting small flickers on the screen, but only in FC 26.
I’m experiencing it both in the client and during gameplay, and it’s really hurting my eyes.

things i tried : 
I deleted profile
I adjusted my graphics. 
didn´t fix the issue
