I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a severe server issue I experienced today, October 22, 2025, while playing EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team.
After completing several matches, instead of receiving my match coins and rewards, I was repeatedly shown an error message stating: "The EA Servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again later."
As a result of this critical server-side error:
- I received zero coins for all matches played during this period.
- I (and many others in the community) have likely been unfairly penalized with a "Did Not Finish" (DNF) modifier, which wrongfully reduces my future coin earnings, even though I completed the games.
This is unacceptable. I have spent time and effort playing these matches, only to receive no rewards and a penalty due to EA's server instability.
