Frame rate problem

My laptop card is a GTX 1650, and whenever I enter the game, the frame rates are usually very, very low, approximately 10-18 frames, and sometimes the frame rates return to 90 naturally. by the way the problem is not with the card or the laptop specifications, because all games run at excellent performance. I hope you can find a solution to this problem because it makes me lose the fun of the game.
