Freezing After Game is Open for 2-3 minutes - Whole system crash

Hi, so my game crashes after I have it open for 2-3 minutes and crashes the entire system and I have to shut down my PC with the power button.

I have spoke to EA  support who tried to help me fix the bugs with countless troubleshooting methods none of which worked and have now instructed me to place it here.

My specs are all fine to run the game and I'm very disappointed as I've spent a lot of money and now can no longer play the game.

It was all working fine until about a week/two weeks ago!
