Frequent Match Disconnections — Unfair Loss in Draft Mode
Dear EA Support Team,
I’m writing to report a recurring issue with EA Sports FC 26, where I’m being disconnected from online matches multiple times per day, even though my internet connection is perfectly stable.
During my most recent Draft match, I was clearly winning when the game suddenly disconnected and forced me out. The match was recorded as a loss, even though the issue was not caused by my network or console, but rather by a server instability or in-game error.
This situation is extremely frustrating, as it unfairly penalizes my progress, wastes the coins or tokens spent to enter the Draft, and negatively affects the overall gameplay experience.
I’ve already verified that my internet connection is consistent and low-latency, and I’ve performed several troubleshooting steps, including:
- Testing bandwidth and latency (connection remains stable).
- Restarting my router and verifying open ports for EA servers.
- Updating both the game and system software.
- Performing a full game reinstallation.
Since the issue only occurs with FC 26 online modes, I kindly request that you review my account logs to confirm the disconnection, restore my lost Draft entry, and ensure the issue is escalated to the appropriate technical team.
