Im having the exact same issue as are most players. Please fix this issue as this is a huge part of gameplay and tactics in career mode and when they don't bomb forward or respond to heatmaps the game is much less enjoyable. Wingbacks shouldn't be staying back and moving below centre backs.

    days have gone by…few updates out and the issue still remains 

    very difficult to play when a part of tactics don’t work correctly
