Fully-evolved 90 CAM Messi deleted after submitting base Messi to SBC

Issue: Missing Evolved Player (90 CAM Messi)

Description:

I lost a fully-evolved Messi card due to an SBC error and need help. I had an **86 gold first-owner Messi** that I evolved into a **90 CAM Playmaker Messi** (5★ skills, 5★ weak foot) using multiple evolutions (passing evos, an Inside Edge evo with FC Points, and a Season Pass Time Warp). On 2026-03-10 around 23:00, I submitted the base 86 Messi into the 88+ Hero Upgrade SBC. Immediately after, the 90-rated Messi vanished from my club, replaced by a base concept Messi. This was **paid content** (I spent FC Points and Season Pass unlocks) and a clear bug.

 **What I Need:** Please escalate this to the EA dev team. My account logs will show the evolutions and the SBC at 23:00 on Mar 10. I have a screenshot of the 90-rated Messi (attached) and the EA support chat log. Either restore my card or compensate me.

*EA’s own policy says SBC submissions are final【26†L121-L124】, so this case must be a special bug.
