Opened 3 of the promo packs, none had promo cards, plus i was pulling 80 rated gold cards when the pqck was 84+, 4500 fifa points wasted EA, I want compensating please.

I purchased a pack 85x10 with fc points and it stated I get a guarenteed future stars item which I did not receive ?
I opened the future stars guarantee pack and got a normal hero and not a future stars. Can I get the pack compensated? How do I do this?
I just opened the 3 deluxe future stars guarantee packs. First two had indeed 2 promo players. The last one i got a regular Giuly Hero 86 and a promo card. In the pack were 12 players, but just one promo (Luna) and regular Giuly. Where is my second promo card EA? I paid for something I didn't receive, so I expect you to solve this as soon as possible....

I opened the future stars guarantee pack with points (I know)
The first one was fine, apart from only packing Michelle Cooper so I decided to open another two.
The next two I opened did not contain a future stars card nor even cards rated 85+ and over, both had only low rated gold cards.
Anyone else? I'm waiting on an update and hoping I'm not without whatever players I was going to receive.
The only products that came out of the guaranteed revenue items were gold cards. The so-called "100%" package contained a future star. We wasted 1000 FP. Will you give us a compensation package, or should I quit the game?

Me too i opened the 300k one that guarantees 2 of the the new event and didnt get them
I had the same issue, the first 2 packa had no promo player at all and i was pulling 80 rated golds even though pack was 84+
Bug Report: Missing Future Stars players from 11 wins Champions Rewards
Hi,
I am writing to report an issue with the rewards I received for reaching 11 wins (Rank V) in the latest FUT Champions Finals.
The rewards specifically included a "2x Future Stars Guaranteed Pack". However, when I opened the pack, I received two standard Gold Rare cards instead of the promised Future Stars items.
It seems the pack content was not correctly updated or the guarantee was not applied. Could you please investigate this and provide the correct compensation?
