Many of the players I’m matched with are clearly at a streamer’s skill level. There’s no way a player with my win count should be paired against them—either the matchmaking system is faulty, or these players are using boosters.
In my opinion, streamers don't need to use weird stuff because this year's matchmaking clearly favors the top players!
In fact, they've never raised the issue because it suits them and they easily win against average players like me.
If the opposite were true, they would have made themselves heard!

If raising issues through regular channels yields no results, we should escalate our complaints to EA's senior management. Such critical bugs are harming players and the game itself, and in turn, undermining shareholders' interests.
When players feel they are matched against opponents of similar skill levels, they are more likely to purchase FC Points to upgrade their squads.
However, if they are left with absolutely no hope of winning, they will simply abandon the game—this directly reduces the game's revenue potential, and shareholders will certainly not tolerate such a situation.

I completely agree with what you say, but apparently they only listen to those with social media visibility! Regarding profits, I can give you my example as a passionate but non-competitive player.
This year, for the first time since I've been playing FUT, I abandoned online play in November.
Up until last year, I played between D6 and D5 and was quite satisfied. This year, I never managed to get beyond D8 because I was often matched with players from at least 4 or 5 divisions higher.
This problem has been reported many times on this forum, but we've never received a solution. As a result, I no longer purchase the paid SEASON PASSES (which are horrible anyway, whereas last year I bought them all!), also because by only playing battles, I don't need to buy packs, and the ones they give us are more than enough.
Another thing I'll do to save money is cancel my PSN subscription, which isn't necessary for battles anyway. Unless they release a patch to improve matchmaking by April or May, but I have serious doubts about that...
I imagine Sony won't be thrilled about this...
And finally, I'll never pre-order the game again.
They'll definitely start releasing information towards the end of the summer about improvements, but we all know exactly how that will end...
In any case, I'll wait to see some feedback before buying the game. If it's positive, great. Otherwise, I'll buy it when it's half price.

I’ve found the official complaint channels — file enough complaints, and EA will fix it. We won’t let devs toy with us or ruin the game. Fight back with the steps below!
