Game crash with error CE-108255-1 in different modes

Error Code:
CE-108255-1 (system crash to PS5 dashboard)

Description:
Since the most recent update, the game consistently crashes with PS5 error CE-108255-1 whenever I attempt to use certain gameplay and management functions — specifically within:
* Club Transfers (when moving or editing players manually)
* Tactics Presets / Formations editor (when loading or saving custom tactics)
* Kick-Off mode (when selecting edited or customized teams)
The crash returns me directly to the PS5 home screen. Restarting the console or game does not resolve it. The issue makes the game effectively unplayable in these modes.

This exact problem also occurred last year in EA FC 25 and was only resolved by the January 2025 title update, even though it was not explicitly mentioned in the patch notes.

Steps to Reproduce:
* Launch EA FC 26 (latest version).
* Go to Club Transfers and move several players manually between teams.
* Create or edit Tactics Presets or custom team setups.
* Start a Kick-Off match using one of the edited teams.
* After confirming line-ups or tactics, the game freezes and crashes → PS5 error CE-108255-1 appears.
Frequency:
Always (100% reproducible after editing any team data)

What I have already tried:
* Restarted PS5 and disconnected from power
* Verified all updates installed correctly
* Checked for overheating or storage issues
* Cleared cache and rebuilt
