Game crashing every time in pre match intro- manager career ps5

Every time I play a game and watch the pre match intro, the game has crashed. The only current way around this is by skipping it completely, which takes the immersive aspect straight out of the game ...

Yeah I have the same issue, still isn’t fixed. Absolutely ridiculous that this is happening and still isn’t fixed, so over EA and these continuous bugs that ruin the experience. When will this be fixed? Cause if I had to start a new manager mode, I’m done.
