Game doesn't work!!!

got my game today, was so happy, thought that's gonna be a play day but can't play the game! Ridiculous how you buy and pre order a game and it doesn't work! Tried to make my own manager and every time while I'm making my manager, the game closes and says software error... 

This is on the Nintendo switch system.
