Game stuck in loading loop after completing a game of rivals

anytime I complete a rivals game i get stuck with the green loading triangle while all the fans are leaving the stadium, and if I close the application I get a loss and is says I’ll be punished for disconnecting. It’s frustrating.

then when I launch fc26 again it keeps failing to connect to the EA servers and only restarting my ps5 will temporarily fix it.
