game stuck on the loading screen

my fc mobile ovr rating is 115 and my id:768h1m5xaobq and my id name tahsin and mailto:[edit: email address removed] is my email . since the last update the bug had started.after updating my game from fc 25 to fc mobile 26 i entered in the game and tried to play head to head but that;s time the game screen crashed and after i reopen the game but the game stuck on the loading screen and i also can hear the bgm but the game screen is black and it is continued.when i am trying to open in the game by using guest account i can enter into the game .that's time i didn't face any bug issue.but,when i am trying to link my account that's time the bug issue again started. since last 3 days i can't play fc mobile 26.please help me ea to fix this bug issue.
