Game won’t load / Black Screen

Hello EA Team,  

I am facing a major issue in EA SPORTS FC Mobile 26. After the EA logo, the screen turns black and the game never loads.  

I have already tried:  

- Clearing cache and data  

- Reinstalling more than 10 times  

- Restarting my phone  

- Even testing with VPN  

Still, the issue continues. Many other users are also reporting the same bug.  

Please fix this urgently because I am missing important daily events and rewards.  

My location: Bangladesh (Chittagong)  

Device: Android  

Storage: 60GB free  

Network: 3–4 Mbps stable  

Please provide a hotfix or a solution as soon as possi

ble.
