I have exactly the same problem.

I got 2 perfect runs. And one match connection failure occurred, counted as play but not counted as a win or loss. Here are the screenshots:

I just wanted to make 2 other objectives and got 2 more 10x83 packs.

This is disappointing, and I am waiting for compensation.
