Gauntlet tournament not tracking correctly

Its been 7 days & I've not received my rewards. 

Is this still under Investigation? I would like to get the rewards that I earned.

Hello guys 

I’ve won 3/3 in gauntlet in one day to receive the Kudus card but unfortunately when I went back to the menu and to the objective nothing was there 

and it has been over 4 days now and nothing changed 

note that I contacted EA Help twice during this time and they told me to wait and share this problem with you guys to see if someone like me still didn’t receive Kudus card yet 

please if you are like me or not upvote this discussion and if you guys have a solution that would be great and pls share it with me here

I've been waiting over a week and have contacted them 3 times with them consistently saying "we are looking into it."

Should I wait to get Kudus next year in EAFC 27?

This is happening to me. Today i lost my first gauntlet game. Instead of getting a second attempt, my first squad used was deemed as used, I went on to play and win two games with different squads at which point I received a “gauntlet complete” message and couldn’t complete a third game. This happened in the last gauntlet where I won 3 games in a row, didn’t receive my Kudus and in the end it said I was on round -1. Clearly something is broken in my game in where it thinks I am on the gauntlet in terms of progress. Really annoying as I love the idea of the game mode and have sweated through rounds for nothing.

I won three games in a row in the Ultimate Gauntlet 2, meaning I should have unlocked the perfect objective. However, after winning my third game, I was taken back to the menu where it stated I was in round 2. The team I had just used to win the third game was also still available to use.

I won the 3rd round of Ultimate Gauntlet 2 but I didn‘t get the reward of Ratings Reloaded Malick Diouf. EA, can you please fix my problem and give me my rewards. I even saved the clip.

I tried to complete the gauntlet today  and on my very first run I won my first two games  but before I could even play the third, it said I already completed it. Now I can’t play the final match or even start another attempt to claim my rewards specifically the Diouf card. That’s ridiculous. How does that make any sense? This whole thing feels completely unfair
