Goalkeeper Glitch

Dear EA Sports,

Hope this emails finds you well. I am writing this email because i was playing Fut Champs in a very important game and in the very late stage at 90th minute i saved a penalty kick and after that the goal keeper glitched in the side net and couldn’t move or save.

Therefore i lost the match which i think it is pretty unfair. Could you possibly fix this bug and compensate me for my loss which I didn’t have any control of.
