Having the same problem. Reported it on here as have others and heard nothing.

At least have someone replying to me now, I suggest doing the same. Taking time getting them to realise what I'm talking about though. First response I got was "We have looked into this and can see you are entitled to no further rewards".
Surely the cant be blind to this bug??
