Hairstyle reset after every Clubs match

If my pro is equipped with a hairstyle earned from Live Events, specifically the US hat, he becomes bald after every match in Clubs. The only way to restore the hairstyle is to back out from Clubs all the way to the main menu and enter Clubs again.
