holiday header white gloves not equipping.

All the other gloves that they give you for free works but when i try putting on the holiday header white gloves, it doesnt work or show. i paid FC coins for this so im pretty upset. also i haven’t received the promotion for buying the game couple days ago for the $5 xbox card and 500 fc coins. please help thank you.
