I can't see myself in the Leaderboards

Subject: I can't see myself in the Leaderboards (FC 26 – Companion App and Console)

Hello EA Support,

I’ve encountered a strange issue in EA SPORTS FC 26. I’m unable to see **my own account** in the Leaderboards — neither in the Companion App nor in the game on my console (PS5). I can still see my friends and their rankings, but I’m not listed anywhere.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

– Logged out and back into the Companion App  
– Checked privacy settings (all visibility options are enabled)  
– Made sure I played Ultimate Team on console (FC 26, not FC 25)  
– Synced my EA account with PlayStation  
– Cleared app cache and updated to the latest version  

Still, nothing worked.  
Please check if there is an issue with my account or if this is a known bug with FC 26.
