I didn’t receive my griddy celebration

I completed all objectives and the pass on fc25 and I haven’t received my griddy celebration. I logged in and it gave me the rock on celebration. Can someone help me  has this happened to anyone el...

    Hello mate, I have the same problem here idk why tho if you find a solution just post it here and ima do the same thing too

    I didnt get my packs, i completed the challenges , but my packs got stucked on the ea fc 25 UT store tey havent migrated them to my 26 account :c
