i don’t get my REWARD

I finished my last match of the Ultimate Challenge 1 tournament after the goal was over, I won the 3 matches requested to recover the Kudus card but at the end of my last game won I was shown an error message and I did not get the rewards that were intended for me so I would like to receive my rewards because I did not play the tournament for nothing

    exactly the same, just got a **bleep** +75 player pack

    Same , finished the last game and then error and no objective reward found
