I opened a 80+ 4 out of 10 player pick and got gold rare Desirè Doue while his Star Performer card is live in packs. This player pick doesn't even have limitations on the rarity of cards so i know that i should have gotten his special card.
I really think this deserves a compensation

same thing happened to me , received 85 Doue from this player pick, level 19 reward from the season pass . hopefully it gets resolved.

I was so bummed out when it wasn't his special version, tried talking to support, they said multiple people had this issue let's just hope it gets brought up by more people with a similar issue.
I opened a ticket that they flagged as resolved but i didn't get any compensation or any help at all...
Really disappointed by this company
