I got scammed

I was playing a single player draft and I won 3-5 in ot and when the game was over it kick me out of ultimate team, when I loaded back in it said I lost 3-0 and I couldn’t play that draft anymore. I spent all my money on that draft I lost 15,000 credits and my draft. Can I please be reimbursed or something?
