I have 10/11 Icon Swap Tokens so far, but when I try to make SBC's they're not there, not even a mention in the Quality section, is this a bug or are you supposed to do some extra step to get/use them outside of normal items?
Have you contacted ea help about that issue, I’ve got same issue, I did 9 out of 10 icon swap objectives for icon swap tokens which expired yesterday at 6 and redeemed them all before that time but 2 of those items have gone missing and aren’t in my club! Hopefully ea see the issues and give us out icon swap tokens into our club as soon as possible
Try to filter from "Lowest to highest rating" and "Special" in the filter when searching for players.
There isn't a quality filter for them and they are like 50-60 rated players, usually at the very bottom or the 2nd/3rd page.
I’ve done that already and I couldn’t find them! Hopefully everyone who’s having same problem will get all icon swap tokens into our accounts!
Don't know if this will work for everyone but I was just able to find them searching by their name, one by one.
I have the same issue, EA advising they may of been put into a Bronze or Silver SBC but how can an SBC accept these as they are clearly not Bronze or Silver. They are listed as Icon Swap type cards.
i missing one of the token from first bath .. Ea cant help us .. its frustrating and im done with this game
Completed all icon swaps objectives. Auto filled low to high icon swaps tokens in to first R9 squad and submitted. Load up second squad and do the same and im short 2 tokens?? Definitely didn’t submit them elsewhere or discard so where are they??
The exact same thing happened to me on Tuesday evening. I’ve had several chats with EA, reporting the issue, submitting screenshots and explaining the problem.
