Icon Swaps Evo Not Giving Icon Chemistry

I used my Ledley King Hero Item on the Iconic Defender Glow Up evolution, but it doesn’t give icon chemistry even though he got the icon swaps rarity. As you can see in the attachment, it doesn’t give other league chemistry.
