Incorrect Final Match Outcome in Ultimate Team (Match @ 3:50 PM)

Dear EA Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue with my Ultimate Team Tournament match today. Around 3:50 PM, I played a match against a user named Urgent-Suit1 . After 5 minutes of waiting, my opponent did not enter the game. I received a congratulatory message stating I had won and reached the final, but ultimately, I was not allowed to play the final match. Instead, my opponent advanced. This does not reflect the actual match outcome, and I believe this was a system error. Could you please investigate and correct the result?
