Incorrect rating players packed

Hey Ea, how about refund please. 

My 84 - 87 player pack packed 76 James....seriously???

My 4x83 packed all 4 players rating lower than 83. 

Fix this!

And I can't open any of my 11 gold players packs as well as none of 5x78 rare players packs.

How about fixing this and replacing those wasted packs? Or you gonna ignore this as most of the time.?
