Issues with entering formation during online matches

The title says it all. I am having Issues entering Formation settings most times during Champions, Rival, friendly UT matches and even seasonal matches too. I don't know why that keeps happening to me because i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game but it still keeps happening and I lose matches a lot because of this cuz i can't make changes during gameplay...especially important matches. Just to clarify, this is not all the time, some days i don't even experience it but when it starts. I usually have to restart my PC because closing the game doesn't even help.
