Issues with Objectives and Evolutions
Hello EA Sports Team,
I am experiencing two major problems in the game:
- I have fully completed the “Road to Pro” objective, but it still shows that I am missing the “Get Started” task. I already completed it, and it is displayed as done, but I did not receive my Inform Pick. I have completed every available objective, but I still don’t get the reward.
- I entered my player into the “Striker Evolution” through the Web App, but the evolution disappeared and is no longer visible. The player I bought for this evolution has become untradeable and does not progress.
I really hope you can help me resolve these issues, or at least provide some compensation for the bugs. I invested several hours of gameplay to complete the objectives, and I also spent coins on the player who is now stuck and not evolving.
It’s getting really frustrating to pay €100 for a game where such basic things don’t work properly.
