Jockey + Evo not usable

The Jockey + evo cannot be applied despite the evo will expire only in 7 hours.

According to the evo menu the evo is still valid for 7 hours but when I try to use the evo it says that the evo is already expired.

Please check this as according to the menu the evo is still valid. It is missleading and if it says it is valid for 7 hours, I expect that I can use it.
