LAG AFTER A GAME

It lags just right after i finished a game. It would go down below 30fps, very laggy. It would just fix itself right after i restarted it. I tried everything, from lowing the graphics to the lowest possible. But still, it wouldn't fix it. I really think this isn't a hardware issue nor my pc being weak. It is because of the optimization of your game. I am using a ASUS TUF F15 with RTX 3050 4GB MOBILE and has 16GB of RAM.
