Glitch in season pass while choosing reward
I entered the season pass after levelling up my game froze and I was clicking buttons in frustration of it being frozen and when it unfroze it said that I selected my reward and the reward I selected wasn’t the one I wanted and I have no idea how to reverse the choice that I didn’t make and if you are seeing this ea it’s the 3rd level of the 7th season I would really appreciate if you could compensate me in some sort of way to just reverse the choice or even create a system and give people a refund every season to give them the chance to switch only if the item hasn’t been used6Views0likes0CommentsDesync / Invisible Player glitch in Division Rivals (PS5)
Hello EA Support team and community, I want to report a critical network synchronization issue that occurred during a Division Rivals match on PS5. Issue Description: During the match, one of my opponent's players became completely invisible on my screen. I could see the player indicator/name tag ("BREMER") moving around the pitch, and the ball reacting to an invisible model, but the player's body was not rendered at all. This made it incredibly difficult to defend. Based on the gameplay flow, this appears to be a network desync issue related to substitutions. My opponent substituted Bremer into the match; on their end, the game registered him as being on the field, but on my end, the visual model seemed to stay "stuck" on the bench or simply failed to load onto the pitch, leaving only the indicator visible. Match Details & Platform: Platform: PlayStation 5 (PS5) Game Mode: Division Rivals Connection Type: Wired (LAN cable) for both me and my opponent (ping was stable around 24ms as shown in the UI). Timestamp of the issue in-game: Around the 71st minute (score 5-7). I have attached a screenshot and a video clip showing the invisible Bremer with a red indicator over an empty space on the field. I have been playing EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team Champions for almost 4 months and every single week I struggle to get past 7 wins, despite spending a lot of time improving my team and gameplay. I have invested more than £600 into this game through FC Points and packs, but the gameplay experience often feels extremely inconsistent and unfair. I constantly experience issues such as: random disconnects gameplay freezing delayed player reactions passes being intercepted unrealistically defenders not reacting correctly players feeling out of position gameplay changing completely from one day to another Sometimes the game feels smooth, but many times it becomes almost impossible to compete normally in Champions. I am asking EA to seriously investigate gameplay consistency, server performance, matchmaking, and connection quality in Champions because this has been happening for months and it is ruining the experience for me. Since yesterday, gameplay in Champions feels completely different. My players feel delayed and out of position. Passes are weak or intercepted instantly. Every single UT game I go into, the opponent selection ping shows 10-20 ping, 5 bars. An average ping for someone like myself who had >250mbps internet. Once I’m in game, the ping goes up to 100+. It’s not just one game, it’s every game and it shows the same figures every time. I’m not willing going to go into a game with a bad ping because you’re just expected to make mistakes. I’m online during peak times so it’s not like I’m being matched up with someone in Asia or America, I’m based in the UK so I should be matched with people in my country where the connection is better. I’ve turned off cross-play to try and help but it doesn’t seem to work. EA, please fix this. SCAMMED: Spent 90k Club Coins on broken LED shoes, EA Help confirmed system error (Case 246402540) but refused refund! I am posting this publicly because EA Support is completely ripping off players who grind for hours. I spent 90k Club Coins on the Clubs LED light-up shoes after grinding for more than 20 hours. The item is completely broken server-side; the shoes are just pitch black during online matches and do not show any lights at all.I spent over an hour in EA Help Live Chat today. The advisor checked my account ledger and explicitly confirmed to me that there is an official SYSTEM ERROR on this purchase transaction. Despite admitting that the transaction failed and the product is defective, the chat support flat out refused to grant a manual Coin Rollback and refused to transfer me to a supervisor.My official case number is 246402540. Hi, two days ago I wanted to reedeem WTSS evolution for lvl 3, and because the menu of season pass is often lagging I mistakenly chose the midfielder one instead of defender one, (I dont get why i have to double confirm 75+ pick but don’t have to accept reward in season pass that could change the game) but anyway my question is, I wrote to the support and friendly guy on a live chat said that he will send a report to the team and they will look up to my case. But honestly do you think there is any chance that they can swap this evolution? And the other question is, I still have it unassigned, does it make any change? Im thinking maybe if i didn’t assign it, they would be able to swap it for me more than if i already assigned it to the evolutions menu. I would be very greatful for any responses.
