Live Career Mode Crashing

Mine seems too crash at the end of November even if I sim to January it still crashes.

Mine has just crashed. Looked it up but ea need to fix this

Manager live mode
like i play match, win-draw-lose, and in the next moment, after window with all matches result game freeze for a sec and just crash w-o any error showed.
I deleted profiles, reinstall game, checking files via steam and still no result.
Troubleshooting steps taken so far: reinstall game, tryin to skip game via calendar, checking files via steam, deleting profile  in game 

the exact same thing for me on Xbox series s. 
I have tried making a new save file , I have also tried advancing the career directly on the calendar but the game always seems to crash. This is so disappointing and frustrating as I have managed to make such a good season with Cambridge United and it would be so sad to have to restart a new career and lose all my progress. Also, I don’t want to start a new career  if I know it will crash again thus losing all my progress once again. The generic avatar is also ridiculous. It spoils the whole realistic experience of the game. I am truly upset and expect a solution ASAP. I paid so much money for this game!

Summary of the issue: game starts loading for 5 seconds, then crashes with no error message. The screen goes black and game turns off. Also, the created avatar is not available in game. It shows up in the live career main menu in the top right hand corner, but a generic bald avatar is created during the cutscenes in career mode. 
Troubleshooting steps taken so far. None
