You have to restart every time after you have completed one part of the objective and you have not received - apparently - the XP (as shown in the picture). It's kind of an visual bug, you did receive the XP, but it doesn't show.
I finished this objective today. When it said in-game that the objective was completed, I logged out completely and then restart the entire app. When I logged in and checked, the objective (or part of it) was completed and XP given.
I'm on PC, but I hope that it works on PS as well.
