Lost fc points

Not only am I still waiting on my last 1950 fc points (I only got 50 of the last 2k when everyone received theirs) that they promised I would get by the end of October, I logged in on Friday to find I only have 50 left (3k missing) and bunch of coins gone (not too bothered about those) I spent £90 for there to be nothing but problems FUMING I have been a loyal player for years enough is enough
