Manager being sacked after winning EPL

I was playing "Player Career" in FC26, I am a player in Arsenal Team. We had won the EPL, FA Cup, European Champion League in the first year. And after the summer holiday, I found the Manager "Arteta" was being replaced by an unknown female manager....

Actually, I did received emails saying the poor performance of manager, but Arsenal was on top of the EPL at that moment, I don't think the Manager Performance was poor....it is ridiculous and unreasonable...
