After reading another report, it’s clear these are two separate issues. The contract extension not being offered seems to be part of the new feature, however the other case is definitely a bug. When exactly 1 year term is left and extended by 1 year, the term left remains 1 year and does not increase to 2. Only after it said 11M left did it update to 1 year and 11 months left
