Manager Career Live Restrictions not lifting after opting to remove

Started a Manager Live career mode with the ‘Off to a Flyer’ set of objectives. Once I completed the objectives it gave me the option to remove the objectives, which I selected and actioned. The rest...

same issue, continued game after completing the challenge, but restrictions stayed on even after lifting it! i hope EA resolves this quickly.
