Manager Career Mode - Players Leaving due to lack of playtime

During my Playthrough I had a crucial player demand a transfer due to lack of playtime but this is far from the truth this player starts every game in my playthrough and is one of my gems after a game that he once again played I received a notification saying that he's unhappy and wants to leave mind you under the players info via squad hub where it says play time there is a thumbs up and the rest also have a thumbs up this needs to be fixed asap I have attached images below
