(Manager Career Mode) Trainer Option in the Pause Menu is missing

As the title suggests, when I play Manager Career mode, the Manager menu doesn't appear during matches. However, during Kick-off matches, the menu appears normally; only in Career mode does it not appear. Below is a screenshot of the menu appearing in Kick-off and another screenshot showing that it doesn't appear in Career mode.

Reproducing the bug is easy; simply create a manager career mode and enter the match. Open the pause menu and you'll see that the Manager option won't be visible.
